The history of the Perceptron

A good video by Welch Labs on the history of the perceptron and the MLP. There have been many videos and lectures on the history of AI but this one, somehow, still provides something new. He builds a model perceptron which he uses as an aid which is quite nice. He explains the history of the perceptron by looking into different invetions in sequence. This provides a quite nice overview which allows you to understand what was the existing knowledge before the invention.
